Ib review

When your younger self  visits an art gallery together with her family, the least of your worries is to get lost, right? This happens. But still; this is the least of her worries. Your world is turned upside down when the gallery comes to life, trapping you within a space where the exhibitions are malevolent and do not take kindly to intruders. All of this happen in the game of Ib ( jesus crist am i going to die).
Ib is a Japanese horror game. It wokes around a quiet little girl named "Ib" presumably nine years old, who visits an art gallery with her parents. She starts to wander around until she find out that everyone has missing. Ib ends up entering a painting into a fabricated crazed world ( the artist's world), filled with monsters such as headless mannequins, half women half paintings, evil dolls and more..much more ( hurrayyyy, monsters.. oh hell, forgot my gun)
Ib must escape this horror-filled museum before her sanity slips or the gallery traps her there forever, by solving puzzel´s, with the help of Garry  who is also trapped in the strange museum.

He accompanies Ib throughout the game, making a father/daughter our  brother/ sister ( it´s your point of view) relationship. Garry is around eighteen. Also along the way, Garry and Ib meet Mary, a girl from the artist's last painting before he died. She appears to be a normal girl, but inside is psychotic and lonely. Her motives throughout the game tore into my heart. A lot of fans despise Mary for her actions later in the game, but she did it out of jealousy and loneliness.
I never thought I would ever find an 8-bit game with a mouthful of story since Corpse Party ( i playded but i hated it ) ever again, but Japan did it again!(Why can't there be an ending where everyone gets out alive? Oh yeah, that's right, this is a horror game.......... fuck you game logic. Dam .... wait! There is a game were every one live at the end its  "Alan wake" fuck you logic - i will do its review soon in enough )
in terms of different mechanic´s that aren't in a regular rpg maker game ,both Garry and Ib's health is represented by roses, Ib's being red roses, symbolic of "love" and Garry's being blue roses symbolic for "impossible miracles" And Mary,  she has a yellow rose, symbolic for "thin jealousy," which becomes very clear later on when she spends more and more time with Ib and Garry (she disapproves of Garry's friendship with Ib and wants her for herself). The game has TEN different endings.(I´m not going to spoil them).
So plain and simple wonderful game with lovable  characters . Ib's a sweet, determined child who puts on a brave face no matter how upset she is. Garry acts realistically frightened of the gallery but will step up for Ib's sake no matter the danger to himself or his fear. And Mary is a lonely little girl who's hopeful to find a friend  and be happy ,that she's been denied for so long.wonderful  story, but  the biggest low point is that the game is it´s horror factor     (is..well...weak). I wasn't very scared by the game, more intrigued by the story.Ib is a wonderful game which can appeal to horror fans, even if there was little horror, and fans of games with a good story behind it.

So this is my veredict:

5.5/10

that´s the score

Asura´s Wrath Review

What equals "Dragon Ball´s (over the top) power levels" + "Naruto's cool moves and skills" + "Bleach´s badass characters" being a video game just like street-fighter?

The answer for the one million dollar question is...  "Asura´s Wrath "

Asura's Wrath is not like any game you have ever played before (it is totally mind blowing... Hell yeah!) - it is a rarity - if you've been playing games for a long time. It is mostly a living and breathing anime than traditional action game. It delivers a story that is "up there", with the best that gaming has to offer in visual spectacle (mind blow), though it looks more like a film, and rather shies away from actually being a game... but who cares it´s awesome!
Time to fly
The game's story spans 12,000 years and follows the story of Asura, a demi-god, who his said that he was betrayed by his fellow gods and thrown out of heaven. He loses his wife and daughter to a power-plot dreamed up by the other deities, and finds himself resurrected centuries later through the sheer force of his anger. As he comes back to life, he notices how the world is in chaos due to his former comrades, which in turn forces his rage to get stronger and stronger, leading to some incredible scenes of over-the-top, fantastical violence, anime style (spoiler alert please close you eyes or jump this part ).

You'll see some astonishing things, examples of which are: the Earth exploding into a gigantic laser-shooting maw, a sword so long it can cleave the Moon in two, and Asura regularly punching people so hard that they literally go into orbit.

It is best described as an interactive anime box-set. The game is split into 18 episodes (with a secret unlockable, one at the end) and (of course capcom ) 4 extra episodes that you can only get by paying for the DLC. In two of these, we fight against Ryu and Akuma from "Street Fighter" in a beat 'em up style. Each one of the episodes has a length of about 20 minutes, and  is ended by gorgeously illustrated bumpers and adorned with credits just like a real television show; there is even a narrated preview before each one that hints at what's about to happen.
Each one of these episodes features completely different game-play, dependent on the scenario. (Spoiler alert please close you eyes or jump this part )
He is angry... (No shit!)

In one episode, you might punch, kick, or even headbutt monsters to death, while in the next episode you are shooting them in space. After, you may be engaged in an epic anime-style one-on-one confrontation on the moon. In one episode, the objective is to stop Asura from being a pervert: I am talking about big boobies! (I'm not making that up! They were huge! Couldn't stop staring at them!)
Add some tail´s and it looks just like Naruto in Kyubi mode, or add the yellow spiky hair and it´s Goku...

The static illustrations that feature between episodes are gorgeously detailed too – as you might expect from a studio (CyberConnect 2) whose staff are filled passion for manga and anime.
For me, the game is one of the best, but as I said before, it is short; most of  time you're watching rather than playing: you're lucky if any given episode gives you more than three or four minutes of actual gameplay.

Its story is what keeps you playing: you always want to know what's going to happen next (I want more!). Sadly to say, Asura's Wrath is barely six hours long, which is very short for a full-price game (capcom!).
There's incredible union between gameplay and theme in Asura's Wrath: there's no better genre than the action game for a story about a very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very (I could do this all day!) angry man channeling his rage into an all-consuming destructive power. It is a game that is story based and lacks  in substance (said clean and simple of course !). But still I liked it (What? I can’t help but love Asura’s Wrath for having the bravery to try something completely new!). To sum up: you should absolutely play Asura’s Wrath, because it’s an experience like no other, but be aware of its content before you put down your cash (Capcom!).

So this is my verdict:

7.5/10

That is the score.
